The mission of ICT Veterans (serving Wichita and the surrounding South Central Kansas community) is to serve as a central "tactical resources" hub for local military veterans, active service members, and their families.
Its core mission centers on three main pillars:
Simplifying access to critical support services by organizing complex community and government assistance programs into accessible, high-priority categories. It bridges the gap between local veterans and the essential support they need—including housing, food, mental healthcare, disability claims, and financial aid.
Connecting veterans with other veterans in the local community who understand military transition, benefit navigation, and daily challenges. The mission focuses on creating a familiar, trusted environment where service members can find reliable guidance without unnecessary bureaucratic friction.
Empowering veterans by addressing the full spectrum of quality-of-life needs. Rather than focusing on just one area, ICT Veterans aims to support the whole individual—from immediate crisis intervention and legal advice to employment transition, family support, and community recreation.
